Thank you for your interest in Calvin's Holiday Craft Fair! Calvin Presbyterian will be hosting its first Holiday Craft Fair on Saturday, November 7th from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm. If you are interested in participating in the craft fair, please fill out an application below. Booths will be $40-$50 depending on location selection.           APPLICANT TIMELINE
  • Applications due by August 31st
  • Selection emails will go out the week of September 14th
  • Booths need to be paid for by October 1st
    • Check or Venmo
    • No refunds after October 1st
  • Final details will be emailed out two weeks before the fair.
  • Please be patient with us. Our volunteers will be behind the scenes working hard to advertise and get everything ready for a successful craft fair!
         VENDOR INFORMATION
  • Vendor set up will begin at 8:30 am on November 7th
  • Vendors are responsible for their own tables, displays, chairs, etc.
  • There is no access to electricity
  • The church has WiFi but it is spotty. We recommend you provide your own hotspot.
  • You must stay for the duration of the fair. Breakdown will begin at 3:00 pm, early breakdown is prohibited.
