Each Sunday we come together to worship, pray, and grow together. We hope you'll join us this week.
New to Calvin? Here's what to expect... Visiting a new church can be an intimidating experience, as you try to figure out what's going on. At Calvin you'll find a Worship Service with Hymns and a Choir, Scripture reading and Sermon, Communion the first Sunday of each month, and a time of Prayer open to requests and praises from the community. Each worship service has a special children's time, where the children are invited to come forward and hear a special message for them from Pastor Kevin. UPDATE: we are currently unable to offer Nursery during the service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We welcome children being a part of the worship service in whatever way they are able. The sounds of children in the service are the sounds of God's children learing and growing, and the sounds of faith being passed down. Children's worship packets with coloring pages, related activities, and crayons are provided for children in the service. Additionally, our Parlor, across from the sanctuary, is equipped with toys and seating with a video stream of the worship service for parents and children who may wish to step out of the sanctuary for a bit. After the service, we hope you'll join us in the Fellowship Hall and get to know our Calvin family. There's coffee and refreshments each Sunday. Dress as you feel comfortable, at Calvin you'll find a range of attire, from suits to polo shirts (and even a t-shirt or two). |
